Jennings exemplifies a multifaceted professional, showcasing his expertise across sports, social responsibility, and media. His extensive involvement in youth sports spans various roles, including serving as a guest instructor at the University of Notre Dame Football Camps from 2011 to 2016. He has coached at multiple levels, including high school, college, and professional football, as well as softball. Additionally, Jennings dedicated a season to volunteering as a college basketball coach. His experience in the fitness industry is equally diverse, having worked in fitness centers of varying sizes within both public and private sectors. Furthermore, he spent 14 years in the realm of sports entertainment, where he served as a professional wrestling referee and held executive positions.


A strong commitment to social responsibility has been a hallmark of Jennings' career. He has actively collaborated with numerous organizations, including the Sunshine Mission in St. Louis, Missouri, and has served as a national spokesperson for Children Without A Voice USA. His philanthropic efforts extend to well-known institutions such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, and the Wounded Warriors Project, among others. Jennings has also been a passionate advocate for mental health and disability awareness, supporting initiatives like the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and Autism Speaks. In addition to his charitable work, he has delivered numerous presentations on self-branding to college students, emphasizing the distinction between personal and professional use of social media.


In the media landscape, Jennings has made significant contributions as a play-by-play and color analyst for various college sports on television and radio from 2006 to 2008. During the 2006 and 2007 Arena Football League seasons, he was an active member of the Arena Football League Writers Association (AFLWA) and served as a sports analyst for the online platform American Chronicle during the same period. His journey in media began in 1999 when he gained valuable experience through job shadowing at NBC’s affiliate KSDK in St. Louis, Missouri. This diverse background in sports, social advocacy, and media not only highlights Jennings' versatility but also underscores his dedication to making a positive impact in each of these fields.
